We will definitely come back.I just came back and eagerly wanted to write on the review. We're extremely happy with the service provided.Its comfortable, the room is spacious, its nearby to cenang, parking without issue. I highly compliment the staff. They're very attentive, polite, professional, helpful and definitely the asset to the hotel. Please be mindful that this is not a 5 Star hotel but they treated you well & its almost feels like in a 5 star hotel. I cant bring back my weight scale due to storage of luggage so i gave to the reception. I am ready for them to use for their own however the staff politely ask if i want to just keep it there till my next visit which i already stated to plan. So happy to hear that. Room is spacious, area is practical and comfortable. Kids friendly. Would suggest them to have a weight scale there since they have a lot of foreigners customers. It will be handy. Thank you the villa. We're a happy customer.

The rooms are nice, the pool looks clean, there are restaurants nearby and the beach is walkable. The biggest concern is the wall facing the exterior is paper thin and we could hear EVERY little noise outside. If you are a light sleeper you will have trouble sleeping.

One of the best hotels in lankawi Good things Location Clean Good breakfast buffet Nearby walkable distance to chenang Quality room Hot water, hair dryer, working tv, ac Good swimming pool Should ve been better Room size is not that big. There is a very small space through the bed to other side. Since it got only ac , sounds of kids from outside can be disturbing Ps - you need to book prior day for breakfast buffet. But it's good

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The nosiest room I have slept in during my 4 months of travelling. Hotel is located directly beside a mosque that does morning prayers at 6am for one hour, SUPER LOUD! During our stay an alarm continuously went off for hours in the early morning. Complained about this at 6am but the alarm did NOT get fixed. The noise from the corridor is unbearable and the many insects in the room just topped it off. The receptionist did not help us at all. Very poor service!

- easy and easy place to find. - affordable - interesting view, clean room, good service, swimming pool facing the room. The family room is very spacious and comfortable. - close to cenang beach and airport. - toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, shampoo and soap are provided.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
