me and my boyfriend walked here and stayed here for a while because our car broke down on our way to black beach. it was conveniently just down the road. we did have a little argument, however we did end up seeing the black hole in our room - the whole reason we came. 10/10, would come here again.

It was a good experience. The staff were friendly. My flight was delayed and I arrived 4 hours later than I was supposed to and it was after midnight, but they were helpful and changed my check in time. The room was a bit small and the shower head was broken. I only stayed one night for work and didn’t have time to complain. In the morning that I was leaving they were busy and no one was there to help me with my suitcase but the lady in the checkin helped me together we brought the suitcase down. That was because in the entrance there are a few stairs and the elevator is only after the entrance. The shampoo wasn’t good. But in general I really liked the vibe and will go there again.

The worst hotel, even worse than average, rooms are too small, smells bad, very small window with no view only at the back of the building, no ventilation, lights were not working, Breakfast is very poor, th Iron was broken and it burned my cloth .. Not recommended at all, this one gonna ruin your trip,

Absolutely perfect place! Ultimate location in a safe and picturesque district surrounded by lovely cafes and breakfast spots. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, with very beautiful interior and extremely comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is the hotel’s treasure, everyone is beyond polite and lovely making you feel like part of a family. Loved it so much that we extended our stay 3 times and will most definitely revisit!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
