Nice hotel close to the Perimeter Mall. Room was nice with a nice lake view for some rooms. The restaurant was under construction so a meeting room was made into a dining room. Not a big dinner menu and the food was room temp. The breakfast buffet was nice with made to order omelets. The service was nice and friendly for both meals.

This Westin was very nice. We had 2 queen beds. The bed was very comfortable, way better than the Westin in downtown Atlanta. GPS sent me on a wrong exit, but quickly got me back on track to the hotel. It's close to the interstate, but far enough away that you don't hear all the traffic. I would definitely recommend this Westin to anyone who asks.

I stayed at 3 days at the hotel and upon arrival I was having a bad day but IMMEDIATELY the hotel and the staff made my day excellent! Everyone was so nice and so helpful! The hotel is very clean and food is very good! The price matches the service and quality. Very worth it! Definitely my go-to hotel now whenever I come back to Atlanta. Thank you guys!

The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North enjoys a prime location, making it a convenient base for exploring nearby attractions. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, adding to its appeal. However, the lapses in service raise questions about the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction. For instance, despite requesting my room to be cleaned, the task was neglected. Additionally, I found free parking in an attached deck available during my stay, but the staff directed me to a pricier, more distant lot. While the hotel offers several positives like its excellent location and quality rooms, these service shortcomings lead me to question the staff's commitment to ensuring a stellar guest experience. There's definite room for improvement in this area.

This place tries to overcharge you on every little thing. Need to park a car? That will be $20 a day. Need breakfast? $30 a day. Need to bring a pet? That’s $100. I would have saved money and had a better experience going to a Drury for literally hundreds less, and the experience overall would have been much better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
