        Very nice personal, but the rooms don't have a view. The windows are blinded, so only possible to sleep. Food and coffee are excellent. Pools are tiny. All the people are very helpfull. Location is not ideal, because middle in office buildings and a lot of poor people on the streets. 2 stars because of no windows/view

        We spent a night prior to getting on a cruise. The hotel was great but the service we received was beyond excellent. In particular, Amber at guest services went above and beyond to assist us. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Room was perfect and immaculately clean, the food at the restaurant was first rate, particularly dinner.

        Beautiful Hotel, central and easy access to everything. Food was lovely except very limited, same menu with few choices every night. Service from front security, doormen, cleaning staff and reception was friendly and accommodating. Service from one lady in particular at the Service/help desk was terrible she was downright unpleasant and offhanded towards me on my first conversation with her asking for help with laundry, the second time I went to her she could see me standing right in front of her but continued to staple paperwork for some time and when she did look up I got the impression that I was disturbing her. I then went to the travel desk to ask for help with a vehicle to take me to southern sun to drop off 30 ironed shirts. Both the lady serving and the security guard with her told me that it was not necessary for me to get a vehicle and that I should walk, they would not assist. I eventually called an uber who took me there and back. There is a clear difference of treatment for locals and foreigners as I can't imagine that they would have said the same thing to an international guest, which was also noticed in the attitude of the service desk lady. Yet I paid the same money for over a weeks stay. This was a business trip and we were a delegation of 10 and I can't say that I will return, I received better service at some of the other smaller hotels in the area on previous trips.

        Friendly, comfortable, and very well-located for a large conference (couldn't be easier). Great service and nice rooms. If anything could be improved, I found the food choices across venues a bit limiting, but I certainly didn't starve.
