        We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. We had a clean spacious room on the 10th floor with a decent view. We had called immediately as we had booked to let them know that we were celebrating our honeymoon with them! They left us strawberries and champagne in our room! And they provided us with a breakfast voucher which was wonderful the next morning. The only concern was one phone call. We felt as if someone at the front desk was slightly rude to us over the phone when we called to confirm our booking. We had noticed others had written Google Reviews about unclean rooms and bed bugs so we called to ensure that we'd get a clean room as we're celebrating NYE with them. We got a sarcastic reply saying we'll be taken care of. Once we were there, all the front desk workers were very friendly and helped us with our check in and check-out. Aside from that phone call, pleasant hotel! Also, we weren't charged a resort fee for this hotel which was amazing!

        I really wanted to write a great review until in the morning my son rolled over on the bed and I saw the disgustingly 🤢 dirty mattress. Why on earth would the Westin not put a mattress cover on the mattresses or at least clean them? The stains were completely unacceptable. 👎Check in was okay, wished we could have just used the Bonvoy app but we still had to go to the front desk and check in and get a physical key. 🔑 👍 Once in the room it was nice and looked clean. ( until I saw the mattress 🤢) 👎 Our door was sticking and not letting us out. I called the front desk and they quickly sent us someone to help. He was able to adjust the door but it was still not working 💯 of the time. 👎 I always clean the headboard and this one was sticky - thinking it was just the weird fake leather material because even after I cleaned it was still sticky. 👍 Food from the bar was good, but took a long time. 👎 Location is very desolate nothing else nearby but empty buildings. Definitely not a location I would want to park and walk to alone. 👍 Lots of parking with bright lights which were great.

        I will never stay here again. I travel weekly for work and I always stay at Marriott hotels. This location was terrible. Room smelled of mold. While trying to shower my water turned off completely and would not come back on. During check in they ran my card three times. The coffee supplies in my room had mold growing on and in them. Very disappointed.

        I had an amazing experience at the Westin Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Despite my late check-in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. The staff consistently displayed friendliness and professionalism, which created an atmosphere of warmth throughout the hotel. The hotel's amenities were impressive. The facilities were well-maintained, and the restaurant downstairs was a culinary delight (dinner was superb!). The room was spacious and clean, and attention to detail was noticeable. The hotel deserves credit for ensuring that everything works well. The elevators are functional and make it easy to move around the hotel, which greatly improves the guest experience. Overall, my stay was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

        Definitely an “unforgettable stay in Fort Lauderdale” as the main page of the website states…. Arrived after traveling 7+ hours for the check-in process at the front desk to take 30 minutes after doing a virtual/mobile check-in prior to arrival. Found out the room key was not activated when attempting to enter the room. First thing you notice when waking in to the room is a disgusting couch covered in stains (see picture). This was a first time experience for me staying at a hotel. Side note: The beds did not have mattress covers. The bathroom did not have proper ventilation which was most likely the cause of the ‘organic growth’ on the ceiling (see picture). Had this been noticed upon arrival I would have requested a full refund and found a different hotel for the night. When I attempted to discuss these issues with the manager on duty, the response was along the lines of “yes, we are aware of the issues and are currently in the process of remodeling floor by floor.” After reading through recent negative comments, poor quality control and management appear to be the common negative theme here. It is baffling to me that management is aware of extreme deficiencies in select rooms and keep them open for booking. These rooms should be blocked out until upgrades are made to bring the rooms to a standard quality.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
