        The best pet friendly hotel in Frankfurt! 🥰 We stayed in the Westin for a week over the Christmas period and had a great time - the hotel itself was recently renovated and the rooms as well as the facilities are all beautiful and clean. Bathrooms are a bit small but still nice. There is pretty good sound isolation within the rooms which gave our dog some much needed peace when he was left alone in the room. We were also offered a dog bed upon arrival which is a nice touch ☺️ The room service speed was good, food was nice too. The room cleaning was done daily and the cleaning staff adjusted to our timings, depending on when we were able to leave the room with the dog, which was very convenient. The Spa area was good, the pool isn’t too big but there weren’t too many people using it so it was quite sufficient in the end. One watch out is the parking situation - there is no free parking with the hotel and the daily rate is 35 euros at the parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Overall, we would definitely stay again next time we visit Frankfurt 🥰

        The refurbishment has helped the Westin become much more cozy and comfortable than before. The rooms are of a decent size and the bathroom is very clean and modern. Service is also very pleasant, with many staff members remembering your name after 2-3 stays (which is quite unusual in Germany). In terms of elite recognition, the hotel has. great club lounge that serves actual food in the evenings, but elite upgrade could be more reliable (upgrades are likely hard to get due to high share of elites). For tourists visiting Frankfurt, I would say the location is just fine - but most attractions are within walking distance.

        We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights over the Christmas holiday and had a great experience. The hotel is recently renovated and very clean, with a surprisingly decent small gym, restaurant/bar, and inviting lobby with a grab-and-go selection of snacks and beverages. The location can't be beat as there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The central train station is about a 25 min. walk, or you easily get there via the city train a block away. Our room was fairly spacious and well laid out with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Our only complaints with the room is the bed was a little hard and the room was SO WARM - even with the window cracked open and the thermostat reduced the maximum of 3 degrees, we were too hot. The breakfast buffet was also a little underwhelming for ~33 euro per person. All the staff we encountered were kind and helpful (Sina checked us in and was so nice!). I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Frankfurt.

        We have had a wonderful stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt and have been here one week. The staff of the hotel are exceptional and very accommodating. Our only complaint is the service we received at the Tapas Bar. We waited fifteen minutes before we were even acknowledged and offered a menu. It took another 30 min to get our food and our drinks came to us five min after we Received our food . Trying to get the bill to leave was another effort, it took another half hour. I would say skip the Tapas restaurant all together and go out and grab a bite to eat. I did notice the staff could have been more efficient with their steps and multitasked tables. Also, we were served by three different wait staff?

        Really nice hotel; loved our stay. Very spacious, renovated and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Helpful and welcoming staff. Super well located close to a train station and a popular shopping street. Would stay there again without hesitation.
