I stayed at many Westin before, but surprisingly this is so outdated and badly maintained. Service quality is so below par with contradicting information. The carpet flooring in the room felt so bad (picture). Club lounge staffs are all so busy clearing and removing the food when the time end exactly that they totally neglected guests that just came in. Won’t be back for sure sadly with many choices available in GZ.

Good location for business as it’s near the railway. But if you’re first timer do note the nicer food places are around Yuexiu and there are no other Marriott hotels. Easily 30 mins by cab one way. There are a lot of other neighbourhood stalls if you don’t mind not going to the popular ones. That being said Westin is a good hotel & they recognised my status as a Titanium Elite. We were upgraded to the suite. Service at the lounge is good. Food at breakfast and lounge could be improved.

Westin is a luxurious hotel brand but this one definitely not in 5 star standard in every aspects. The staff in the swimming pool was poor in service, he refused me to go inside because I didn't bring the swimming cap, this is absolutely ridiculous. Sauna and onsen are not good maintained, floor was wet and dirty, used towel is everywhere. Room is nice and had good view, I will not stay here again as everything is below my expectation

Pretty good. Rooms were pretty average, service was good, and the hotel restaurant wasn’t bad as well. Some comments I would share are to make a place for sitting in the lobby other than the restaurant on the left, as well as give reasonable prices for taxis, the taxi prices they give are significantly more than the actual prices, that’s maybe commissions, but keep it reasonable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
