After a cancelled flight and much frustration in getting accommodations and transportation, we arrived at this hotel at midnight. Front desk clerk, Lisa, gave us a reception that told us “welcome home, we got you”. She was top notch, efficient, detailed, and made us so very comfortable after such a trying day. We will surely not just recommend but revisit this very wonderful hotel.

Stayed in the penthouse as well as a regular room for best access to the hospital where a relative was in ICU. It is a lovely hotel with unparalleled service. The concierge/front desk, valets and room service are truly kind and considerate. They are attentive to the needs of guests but not overly present. It is a comfortable guiding of the place. Valet is amazing and accommodating. The rooms are all spacious and the beds are comfortable. I loved the duvets and sheets. It is so awful if one is in a hotel and the blankets are not real blankets and you are left cold. There is no comfort. These duvets were perfect. They were functional and beautifully minimalistic. The penthouse has expansive views and an amazing balcony. The kitchen and living area are modern, sleek and perfect. It was a true comfort to me and my family during this harrowing time to be able to use the sky bridge and come to such a welcoming place to rest inbetween staying at the ICU with out grandmother. Thank you for this experience. ⚜️

It's a week after my initial stay, this trip has come and gone and I'm irritated I'm still dealing with the fallout of a billing mess. Despite booking at a conference rate 2 months earlier using a company card I was forced to use my personal card for incidentals. Three visits to the front desk later I was assured my personal card would not be billed. I've now discovered my personal card was charged for the stay, and to add insult to injury they did not initially give me the conference discount so the room was double (over $500/night). Despite claims of emailing a form that would allow them to use the digital billing we initially booked under there are no emails and as of yet. I attend a conference here yearly and this year stood out as one of the worse experiences I've had at a hotel. The first room I was given was dirty and very, very noisy. Wine spilled on the floor, dirt! (how it got up there no clue) black spots on the chairs and carpets, bed covers were covered in glitter and sequins. The people at the front were very helpful and did get me another room that was cleaner and quiet. They really need to take a shampooer to the carpet around the beds and pull up the stains because the new room had a few too. Normally I'd forgive and move on but if we have the conference there next year maybe the carpets in the rooms will at least be clean. This is too expensive of a hotel to be letting things slide like this.

Had a multi-day event at the hotel. My mom and I stayed 3 days/2 nights. Room rates were "ok" wished prices were cheaper, as everyone does. Service was excellent. Parked valet which is a plus! The bellhops were curtious and helpfull. Hotel staff made sure my mom got around ok on her mobility scooter. Elevators are a life saver and theirs worked perfectly. The rooms were spacious enough for my mom's scooter to fit around. The rooms were adequately stocked for our needs. Wifi worked great. Room service was good also. Loved having use of the skybridge to get across a highly busy street to visit the mall. If there were to be any medical emergency's there was also a hospital attached as well, plus plus plus. Our stay was excellent.

A week later and I am still so annoyed by the service I received by this team. I am loyal 10000% to only Marriott and I called not even 24 hours after checking out that I left an expensive and important item in my room with an exact description. To my surprise, they didn’t find anything and would “be on the lookout”… yeah right. I tried calling again and responding to my email and crickets. This is unacceptable and not the quality of service that I have received in the past from Marriott. I value the golden rule and thought they would too. Look elsewhere in the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
