It was a great experience, the staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean cozy and beautifully designed. We haven't had breakfast in hotel, but the location is perfect for going out and try new places also the metro station is one minute away.

Wonderful urban hotel close to everything. I prefer hotels who are not directly on the street as I'm sensitive to noise but it was very quiet. But what makes the hotel excellent is the exceptional welcoming staff in every part of the hotel. Hunker,Zeynep, Nazli were very helpful in the restaurant area. The receptionist were all great. Good experience overall if you want to be smack in the city.

This afternoon Me and my friend we had lunch in the restaurant, we went out to have a coffee to go from Starbucks when came back we asked the butlers to call a taxi for us. They asked for our room number we told them we are not staying in this hotel, they told us because we are not staying in the hotel they can't call a taxi for us. I'm a titanium elite member and I do travel a lot. I have never seen such a behavior from the butlers. This is definitely not up to the Westin standards. Thanks for nothing Devrim and the other one..

Nice hotel with good staff. Murat at the bar was super friendly and extremely helpful. He did great choice suggestions, was super patient with our inquiries since we were a big group, did great cocktails and kept checking to make sure everything was just great and we were happy. When you go to the bar make sure you ask about Murat…. Their is also Ferhat, the person who helped us with bags and luggage in Lobby, he was super helpful and friendly. The staff of this hotel make the experience of staying at Westin an enjoyable one👍🏻

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
