We had a workshop at Padang Room and everything went really well. Great selection of morning tea, and also lunch buffet. Can't complaint because everything as expected as how a five star hotel should be. I just had a little trouble on the road coming to this hotel. The main road was crowded and the roadwork on Rasuna Said is terrible.

The hotel facilities are quite new & comfortable and luxurious. We haven't been suffering from damp, which we could tell that this building is of high quality. The breakfast restaurant has a 360° panoramic view, which is a nice touch, so you can enjoy having meal there. But the menu doesn't offer enough protein options like beef and fish. And plus, It would be nice if the lounge had enough bottles of water so that guests take water at any time and don't have to make unnecessary calls.

• Room was sparkling clean. The room size was more than perfect for me and friend. Love the smell of Heavenly Spa products provided in the room; shampoo and conditioners made hair smooth, body lotion has good texture, shower gel was also nice. Lavender mist provided made nice sleep. • Bed and pillow were perfect for my style. • Variety of breakfast offers with ice-cream added during weekend. • Club lounge available all days with good service and nice cocktail :) • Service was absolutely amazing from the front door and security guard. • Location was great being nearby MRT and community mall with restaurant opened 24 hours.

Not sure where to start. First off, coming from the United States, I have never experienced this level of hospitality. To stay the staff at the Westin are friendly, accommodating, and professional is just not enough. For example, I dinned by myself one night after having back issues and had a night in. The Dinning room manager Tonny Christiano, personally came over and offered to show me around. After he explained the entire offerings of the buffet, I was awestuck. That level of service is just something I personally, have never experienced. So when in Jakarta Indonesia, stay at the Westin Hotel and experience what Indonesian hospitality is all about. Many thanks and blessings to the staff, managers and everyone at the Westin. 🙏

Fantastic second stay at the Westin Jakarta - my first choice for business travel. Rooms are modern but retain some Balinese vibes. Cleanliness of the rooms are great, and the bath salts were much appreciated after a long day of meetings. In-room dining was quick and food was decent. The only downside is the rather small entrance and elevator ride to the lobby. Recommended for business travelers.
