        The resort is on a gorgeous location in a beautiful bay. Beach and pools are nice. While facilities and service are nowhere near 5* we had beautiful time that was mostly created by a couple exceptional team members. And really there are good few!! I actually wish to highlight Mr Shivam, I believe he’s a trainee in Splash Bar. We mostly stayed by the beach and he went out of his way to deliver food and drinks there and to cater to all our wishes with a huge smile on his face, with beautiful service and elegance. He definitely made us continue ordering F&B and definitely made sure we felt mega cared for. Also Max from Tide - clapping to him as well. :)

        Very disappointed with their poor service. Staff ONLY greeted and talked to men, and completely ignored women. Esp your desk guy was very rude to me and mom, so of course we decided not you use them, and got a tour from the local company directly. The luggage clerk guy yelled at me not to touch the juice server next tot he reception. He yelled it’s welcome drinks, and didn’t let me have it. What does it mean?? We are staying at the hotel, why we cannot have the drinks???? I know Malaysia is very behind of gender equality and high hospitality, but it was shocking even this global chain of hotel provides such a poor service here. Except for a few staff at breakfast and one staff at Tied with fluent English, all other staff had even no simile. Even when you ask sometime, no single/no nodding/no other confirmation etc, they just looked at us with their robot face. They kept coming back to us saying there is no deposit put in our room, although we paid it at checkin and we had to keep asking the reception to confirm it. So much trouble. Also, we saw a hygiene issues. Dead cockroach at the breakfast left uncleaned. We’ll never use them again in the future.

        My first thought upon arrival here is Oh, is this it? The Lobby seemed underwhelming. However I was greeted by a very cheery Front Desk. While the reception wasn't impressive, the swimming pool sure was! Located right next to the Andaman ocean, I had the best time lounging here and taking it all in. Service by staff is A+++. They were helpful & genuine! Room is spacious and amenities delightful. There is even a tip sheet on how to safely enter, exit the bath tub. If I may suggest, to upgrade room slippers to better quality and to feature your name on it. Breakfast was okay and checking out was easy, but not as friendly as the Check in personnel. It was the Staff who helped me with my bag that wished me a safe journey and to please return again. And quite likely... I will.

        Literally what I envisioned a long standing 5 star resort would look like The view near the sea side is amazing, and the amenities were very nice. The service and staff were super nice too which is awesome. My only gripe is that because this resort/hotel is been in business for so long, the buildings feel dated.

        My husband and I held our wedding at the Westin and it was spectacular. The location is amazing, our villa was beautiful and huge, the facilities were all amazing (the breakfast buffet is the best we’ve ever seen). All the staff were super friendly and accommodating, and helped to make our wedding experience really special. Molly in particular was our fantastic liaison and she was so sweet and helpful and communicative. Everything was beyond our expectations and we’re looking forward to coming back in the future.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
