This is a beautiful property. I've stayed here before and the staff is consistently helpful and friendly. I received breakfast coupons, dessert and drink tickets for each night of my stay. That may be a Marriott rewards benefit only so sign up if you haven't already. The room was a nice upgraded room in the 16th floor. Comfy bed and a couch to relax on. The view is good too. The room had a fridge and coffee maker but no microwave so be selective about what you keep. You will receive two reusable water bottles and there are refill stations in the lobby. *something new* They had more than one vegan/plant based option ! This was new. The location is good too. I recommend this location. It's a great spot.

Unfortunately this hotel doesn't live up to the standards of other Westins in which I have stayed. Carpets fraying, chair in room had stains and the light switch in the bathroom sounded like it was going to electrocute us. The staff is excellent and they wanted to make things right. I know they are not too blame for the condition. The location is also great. You can walk to the strip or the sphere. If want a hotel without the crazy casino vibe but good location I do recommend for that and the people. But don't expect the normal Westin amenities.

AC doesn't work. Room faces sun and it's a sauna in here. Couldn't sleep. Lobby is nice, rooms are dated. They spent more time making sure the lobby looked 5 star but my room feels old. Bed isn't flat. Has divits in it from too many uses. Uhg Will not be returning

Nice non-casino hotel right by the Strip. I stayed to see U2 at the Sphere and it was an easy walk to the Sphere (maybe 15 mins). Room was just okay and clean, albeit slightly outdated. The guy at the front desk (an Asian guy) at check-in was super nice and patiently answered all my questions. Limited interaction with the front desk at check-out, the the lady was also very pleasant. Food (breakfast) at the restaurant by the lobby was better than expected. Starbucks inside the hotel was super convenient.

This was probably my worst hotel stay ever in Las Vegas. We asked if we could have an upper floor room that faced the sphere. We said if the didn't have one that was fine because we had dinner reservations in a couple of hours. They said if we could wait an hour they could accommodate us with an "amazing room". So we waited about 90 minutes at which point I told them if our"amazing" room was not ready then we just needed a different room because we were pushing up against our dinner reservations. At this point they said our room was ready. So guess our surprise when we got to our room and it wasn't any better than some Days Inn rooms In have stayed in but shockingly it did not face the Sphere. Also bathrooms are small, beds are rock hard and toilets are set super low. We had breakfast out first morning at the on site restaurant The Good Plate". The menu was limited and the food very bland. They also do not have any computers in their business center to print boarding passes. Found out later there was one lone, unmarked computer in the lobby for this purpose. I spoke with a manager when I checked out and all I got was an I'm sorry. No effort to make things right or compensate me for my lousy stay. They could have at least dropped the destination fee. Only good thing about this hotel was it's mid strip location. Thanks Westin you just convinced me to book Hilton properties from now on.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
