Fantastic hotel in the hear of a great area. Rooms offered everything one could ask, and hotel amenities were above expectations - the gym was a nice relief for the trip. Staff was helpful and friendly. The bar / restaurant was pretty solid. Nearly anywhere you would want to go was within walking distance. Overall, great experience

American Girl Package! We planned this trip for our daughter's first visit to the American Girl Place and what an amazing experience this was! The hotel is across the street from the store, as well as many other shopping facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating during our entire weekend stay. They brought our Girl an American girl bed, robe and slippers to take home, as well as complimentary milk and cookies. She was so excited and grateful for all the extra perks! And I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary yoga classes with Todd in the morning. He was an excellent instructor! We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Chicago.

Had such an amazing stay at this hotel! Our work conference was held here staff was amazing, food and drinks were pretty good too. My room was nice. Disappointed with the bed it was super uncomfortable. Shower/ bathroom were great. Didn’t know there was a coffee maker until day 2 it’s kind of hidden. Enjoyed my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin hotel on Michigan Avenue, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of Chicago with stunning views of the city. One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Javonte at the front desk. He was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly made a difference. The hotel itself was immaculate, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The amenities, including the fitness center and the restaurant, were outstanding. Overall, my experience at the Westin on Michigan Avenue, with the exceptional service from Javonte, was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Chicago.

Stayed at the hotel and accidentally left my AirPods, called lost and found spoke with officer Byron Jones, who was very understanding and let me know he would do his best to locate them. He called back as soon as he located them to let me know and also get my information to send them first thing in the morning. I was very impressed with how quickly he located them and his efficiency in letting me know, so I could relax and enjoy the rest of my trip. Thank you so much Officer Byron Jones, awesome job!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
