        So when I tell you, we had a wonderful experience at the Westin New York Grand Central location, please believe me! It was pouring down raining and cold, and we were tired when we got there, but the reception that we received from the extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable employee, by the name of RACQUEL, was absolutely superb! She was so full of life joy and laughter and provided such great information that she really set the tone for our entire weekend! The hotel itself was very well-maintained. Our room was extremely comfortable, spacious, clean, and just great overall! And we had such a wonderful view as well. We have made the decision that anytime we are in NYC, this is our go-to place to stay! The location, the staff, everything worked well for us!!!! We were able to get some libation tickets and breakfast tickets which we took advantage of, and those experiences were great as well. Just a really wonderful and pleasurable experience! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🙏🏽🙏🏽✅✅

        Good evening, The hotel is quite decent but the value for money is very unfavorable. The price I paid was really excessive compared to the rooms I had. Poorly insulated both sonically and thermally. We enjoyed the next room as much as the weed they smoked there as well as the street. Plus 30 breakfast tables for a hotel with several hundred rooms, it's so ridiculous!!! We line up for everything in your establishment. Breakfast, take the elevator.... I am so disappointed with the performance. It's not a hotel but a factory! PS: the baggage drop-off staff are particularly unpleasant !!!

        We loved our stay at the Westin over our Christmas holiday and birthday celebration. The staff is the first thing I noticed. Knowledgeable and kind through the check in process. Had plenty of staff at check in and concierge at all times. Very little waiting. The breakfast seemed to be comped for most of the hotel guests so that created longer lines but the manager and staff made quick work of it. If you are in a hurry use the quick serve bar. The rooms were quieter than other nyc rooms I’ve stayed in and well appointed. That mattress is amazing…no wonder they sell it online. A specific staffing kudo to the those that saw something wrong and fixed it immediately…a woman stopped to make sure the line for the lobby bathroom wasn’t a hotel problem and a man was directing traffic at the elevators when it got busy. And while I didn’t put it on my reservation…they celebrated by birthday in Senegal different ways making my long weekend even more memorable. We will be back.

        The Westin Grand Central is now our go to hotel when we visit NYC. The staff couldn't be nicer and they go out of their way to help and make your stay comfortable. The front desk staff quickly checked us in early, which was much appreciated. Alexandra was very helpful in answering our questions. We loved our corner room on the 32nd floor with a lovely view of the Empire State Building. The Westin bed was very comfortable as usual. The lobby bar has a great wine and drink list. The bartender Amy made my favorite cocktail and we were glad to see she was behind the bar. Grand Central Station is a couple blocks away, which makes the Westin a great location.

        Westin just renovated last year (?) so it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Really clean, great carpet, quiet ac, nice bathrooms. Nice and accommodating staff, too. Great value for money. Will keep recommending.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
