One of my favourite hotels in Europe! Westin Hotels are always great. But this was is extraordinary. Our poodle was welcomed so nicely and the stuff has been perfected. We had some cocktails in the bar and they were super good! Thank you very much for welcoming us and our poodle so friendly!

Located 3 mins from the Republic Station, this hotel is a prestige hotel! Once you come in, the soothing scent of the lobby puts right into a relaxing mood. The room is very nice. They have extra scented body lotion, shampoo and shower gel. They also have complimentary water and drinks. You have to try their breakfast because it's one the best breakfast I've experience in my life. Their pastries and eggs are top notch! Let them satisfy you with fresh Salmon fillet! Also, they also serve fresh pork and chicken fillet plus sausage and bacon. Highly recommended!

We usually stay here when in Milan and it is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and well organized. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. Service was good too. However we usually end up waiting for our rooms when we arrive.

I have never seen a 5 starts hotel that have such terrible rooms. I reserved a king size bed, and there were two twin mattresses on the king bed. After that we were moved to another room which was good until we entered the bathroom. There were nasty stains on the shower tile. One of the sinks was not draining. The wood next to the bathroom door had mold. Then, we went to a more decent room. We were so tired after being traveling for 2 weeks that we did not have energy to fight with the hotel. The staff was helpful and understanding, but I’ve had better experiences in 3 stars hotels. Overly expensive for the low quality of the rooms.
