        I’m traveling to Paris very often for business and went to this hotel few times! Every time there is an issue with the room. Either the room is dirty when you arrive/don’t come during the day to clean your room or stuff are broken. I came many times but it’s enough!! Even Ibis hotels deliver better services!!

        HELEN KELLER must have given this hotel 4 star rating. There is a difference between antique and shabby .. I felt like I was in the Motel 6 Dearborn ,Michigan. The staff does not deserve the hard work they do , with what you get here. Do not book this place . The only value is location Costco travel booked and charged us for this supposed 5 star hotel that should have been a one star hotel ugh ugh

        The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close from many touristic attractions and a walking distance from several decent restaurants. The service is VERY friendly, from the doormen to the personnel at the reception. Managers that take care of the guests are also very helpful. We are particularly grateful to Noelia Maese, who was great at recommending restaurants in the area. However, I agree with many of the reviews here on Google that, for the price point, the room and general carpets on the different floors should be cleaner for a 4-star hotel. Overall, it was a good experience for us.

        I stayed in the ambassador suite for 12 nights. The hotel’s location is excellent - close to metro stations, bus lines and within walking distance to various attractions. The service overall was excellent. The buffet breakfast is of high quality and worth the price. The staff were professional and accommodating. The Tulleries bar is a great place to relax and eat/drink. My room was spacious, and looked liked it had been freshened up recently and was clean - with none of the issues in other reviews. I took one star off for patchy housekeeping. Most days it was excellent - with towels and soaps replenished fully, on four days I had to call to get a full set of towels as one set was missing or the soaps had not been re-filled and the room needed vacuuming. The service staff were very responsive and rectified issues quickly. Our toilet blocked one morning and the technicians came and fixed it promptly. A globe went out on the bedside lamp and was also fixed within 20mins. The towels/robes are nice and thick, the wifi was good as was tv reception. Room was quiet facing the side street.

        I honestly tried to cancel my reservation here and book a room at the Mandarin because of the other reviews I saw about the rooms being horrible. I’m so glad I didn’t, and a big thank you to the in-house reservation team that put up with me when I was trying to cancel. The rooms are a little dated but fit the feel of the old city, they’re fine. We got a room with an Eiffel Tower view which was lovely. The hotel is clean, I’m not sure why the other reviews say otherwise. The rating of this hotel should be higher in my opinion.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
