Westin Pazhou located at haizhu district, is a 4 stars hotel near the exhibition expo. Nice hotel with a good room and services but honest to say is quite remote from a crowded. It is essential for you to stay here if you want to visit exhibition, since it only took 10-15 minutes walking time to reach the exhibition place, but it is not recommended if you want to have pleasure and sightseeing, since you have to take taxi for approximately 20 minutes to reach the downtown. However, incase you need quiet and comfort time for couples intimacy, this hotel could be one of the pick list, with one condition: there is no exhibition during your staystay, especially Canton Fair. Price wise is still affordable compare to the big, comfort and nice rooms.

This is a fantastic hotel with very good service, great breakfasts and very clean rooms. The staff members Marco Xu and Espinoza are extremely helpful and speak fluent english which made our stay easier. We booked from Australia for a few days initially and kept extending our stay as we were quite satisfied.

Excellent hotel with very modern and large rooms. Breakfast buffet is a class on its own, incredible choice. I would recommend to choose a room with access to the executive lounge. They offer a nice buffet during the happy hour from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm with a great choice of beverages and food. All free if you have access to the lounge! And the view is fantastic as well.

This hotel is very convenient when exhibiting the canton fair as it has a direct ramp to the show on the third floor of the hotel. They host Chabad during the canton fair which makes it a very good choice to stay for the canton fair.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
