Stayed for two nights and slept like a king! Yes, the lobby bar is crazy expensive ($20 for a glass of wine) but there's lots of other options nearby. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very quiet. Only wish there were slippers but all in all a really great stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I travel across North America on a constant basis and have experienced several other top rated hotels in Philadelphia. Kevin and Ariana greeted me at the front desk with warmth. They were very welcoming, down to earth, and very professional. When I got to my room it was the relaxing breath of fresh air I needed. The room was so clean and polished. The bed was so comfortable that I understood why they branded it “heavenly. It was quiet (no listening to someone’s conversation in the next room, creaking footsteps above, or traffic blaring by). I wish there were more hotels like this everywhere I travel. I highly recommend!

I booked this hotel last minute. It is in the heart of downtown Philadelphia- all within walking distance to City Hall, Chinatown, and Macy's. I felt safe staying here and given the proximity to downtown, it was super quiet. The only downside is parking. You will have to pay $55 dollars a day for parking. We only stayed one day but know that it can get pricey! Definitely consider staying here.

From the doormen to the hotel staff, they treated us with so much kindness and made us feel like home. We checked in on christmas day due to a previous hotel mishap . They have amazing breakfast and their room service was on point. We have found our go to hotel when we are in philly.

Very nice hotel convenient to everything. Attached to a shopping center. Restaursnt/bar is nice with an attentive staff. Parking is on the high side but you are in Philadelphia so it should be expected. Room was recently renovated and very comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
