        Got a room for New Year's Eve. Check in was at 4:00. We got there a little after 4:00 and the room was still not ready we had to wait an hour for our room. Our room was upgraded to an "ADA" room so we wouldn't have to wait. Nice size room. However our view was of other buildings. The tub was clogged. No complimentary toiletries (only soap). The coffee machine was not working. The outlet next to the coffee machine was out of order. Called guests service to request 3 waters, 3 coffee packets and another coffee machine. They sent us 2 of each and no machine to replace the broken one. Other than that, everything else was nice. Would I stay here again? No

        Excellent hotel!! Very nice staff and the layout is great. Only complaint is that they put us in a room with a connecting door to the other room which you could HEAR VOICES TALKING next door. That was not ok whatsoever. Also the loud lobby beat/music is highly annoying!! Valet parking is about $60 per day.

The real gem in the package is the one-hour harbor tour, providing a unique perspective of San Diego's coastal beauty. For those seeking more adventurous activities, the two-hour paddleboard or kayak rental and one-hour bike rentals are perfect for exploring the scenic surroundings. What pleasantly surprised me was the thoughtful touch of a food voucher worth $8. This voucher can be used for breakfast, adding an extra layer of convenience for those looking to start their day with a delicious meal. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, offering excellent service throughout my visit.

        The Valet is an all star. Probably the best valet I’ve ever encountered. If you’re wondering why? Why is this guy opening with this line about how stellar the valet is? All I can say is they helped my wife when she needed it, and they were prompt. Rooms are good. Service great. Location…it’s freaking San Diego, but downtown San Diego; so you get that downtown vibe. To close, Valet 11 stars.

        First trip to San Diego and the Westin did a fantastic job! Clean , quiet room , everyone was service oriented and big shout out to the hotels Concierge-Julianne . Always helpful and pleasant. Would come back anytime 😁
