        Was booked into this hotel through work. Fantastic hotel! I was very impressed with staff, cleanliness, almost every aspect of the hotel. The room size was a little small (although understand as this is central London), but had everything I would expect and more. The concierge, I think the Chap's name was Sam, was very helpful and certainly went out of his was for an elderly couple just before he helped me out. Recommended a fantastic restaurant to eat at nearby. Overall, would visit again.

        Everything was super inside the hotel, except for the restaurant inside the hotel. The bartender didn't even acknowledge our group. Then we were informed by a different employee that if we want to order food, there's only 3 (very expensive) options (with along wait time) and there's no waiter to order the food from and the bar tender is too busy. Very discouraging when we were all hungry, but we finally found a vibrant restaurant happy to serve us, just a few blocks away. The hotel desk was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. Location was close enough walking distance to see important landmarks. No bathrooms were open anywhere, so had to come back to the hotel.

        We stayed 4 nights here. The hotel rooms are nice and updated with a modern look. The layout of the room is somewhat odd and slightly difficult to store 2 suitcases. Staff seemed nice enough at a busy time. The breakfast was better than the standard breakfast that is offered at hotels and included made-to-order omelets as well as a coffee/espresso machine that had pretty good lattes. I ordered room service one day and it was absolutely horrible food. They also don’t pick up the trays until late the next day. The housekeeping leaves a little to be desired but they did come daily to replace towels and make the bed. There is amble space in the lobby to wait for friends or a taxi. Transportation was easily accessible but not many restaurants close by.

        - Location is perfect (around 5-7 minutes walking to the Big Ben) and close to most of the landmarks. - Extremely friendly staff - Room is so modern, clean, spacious. - The espresso machine added amazing touch for the whole experience as well as the kettle and the mini bar. - Overall visit was perfect, a bit expensive but really deserves it.

        Be careful. This Hotel may scam you. This hotel wrongfully charged on my credit card repeatedly during my stay in November 2023. From day one of my stay, the hotel charged my credit card for my dinner. I alerted them that I have dinner allowance (paid by my organization) so my card should not be charged. The hotel staff acknowledged. The following day it was also charged. I informed the staff again; he replied it was just a pre-authorization not the actual charge and everything would be cleared when I check out. I continued to receive notifications that my card was still being charged the days after. Upon checking out, I was surprised to be told that the hotel actually charged me, and they will refund me within 7-30 working days. After 30 working days, I emailed them that I have not received the refund. They told me to wait and after a few more weeks they told me It was strange and would let their finance department to take a look. Until now they still have not returned my money. I chatted with the hotel customer services who implied that I was wasting my time chatting with him. Now the hotel staff have stopped responding to my emails.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
