        Accommodations were nice but service was poor. My wife and I have a special needs child and had not been on a date for several years because it is difficult to find someone suitable to meet his needs. We stayed here after attending a show, then had our children with us the second night of our stay. I didn't realize there were no sheets on the pull out bed or in any storage space in the, so I sent a message to the front desk requesting pillows, blankets, and sheets. I was called shortly after because I didn't realize there was a privacy sign outside our door. I apologized to the front desk and let them know I would remove the sign from the door. I finally gave up 3 1/2 hours (1am) after several messages and a trip down to the front desk. I had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed with no sheets or blankets. The responses from the hotel never provided an true update for us - just "sorry for your "brief" inconvenience and that they would follow up on the request". I would expect a greater level of service for luxury hotel rates - given ample time to fulfill a request for bedding. We are also platinum elite members with Marriott and stay with them frequently, which is all the more reason for the frustration. Very disappointed in the stay after building expectations up for a special stay with the family.

        The warmth and accommodating ways of the staff are impressive. From the moment we pulled up to the loading of our vehicle and sendoff - and everyone in between, the staff was exemplary. The room was spacious, elevators prompt, room service terrific, valet and bell service were amazing. We ate breakfast buffet and found more than everything we wanted. The shower was great, towels and pillows great. We enjoyed a weekend and will never stay at any other hotel in Atlanta. Fabulous service and memorable hotel.

        Poor customer service generally across the board with no care or going above or beyond. fitness center only open at 5am. This is not conducive for most folks busy travel schedules and they are rude about it. Why not have 24/7 availability? And have 0 explanation as to why. Heck not even 30 minutes early when asked. “Because it’s policy”. Well it’s a policy that needs to change. Luxury? That’s a stretch.

        If you are expecting a 5-star hotel experience, do not come here. We called in advance to see if there was a Tesla/electric charger, and the front desk said “yes we have a Tesla charger but it’s slower because it’s an older version”. When we arrive valet informs us we need to cross the street to charge our car, and walk back to the hotel (in the rain). The lot they referred us to charges to enter plus to charge the car. Had the front desk properly informed us, we would have simply had the car charged prior to arrival. Before heading to the dining room for dinner, I swing by the front desk to ask them to make the sofa bed for our son. When we enter the dining area no one greets us, so we seat ourselves near the bar. No one comes by for about 5 minutes, we search for a menu lying around. The bartender ends up serving us. He was very nice, however, the one wine I was interested in seemed to be an inconvenience because he would have to go all the way downstairs to get it. I felt bad, so I went with a bottle of wine that he had at the bar, and I wasn’t that pleased with it. About 2 hours later we return to the room to find that my son’s bed was not made. I call and request again. Another hour passes, and still no one has come with the linens. It is well past my son’s bedtime at this point and I’m quite upset. I have to request a third time. Someone finally shows up with Iinens, but they don’t bring pillows or a blanket. After 3.5 hours from my initial request, I finally received all the items to make his bed, and the housekeeper did not even offer to help make the bed. To top it off, we brought prescription drugs that needed to be chilled, come to find the next morning that the refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. I was excited to visit this hotel, being the old Ritz Carlton, but it was an a huge disappointment and a frustrating experience.

        Nelson, a server in the bar area, is amazing. So friendly and attentive. There definitely needs to be more servers for the amount of customers I've seen in the bar area over the last 2 days. The staff at this hotel do their jobs well! The rooms are not very luxurious and the bathroom is small. The walls are thin and there's a lot of traffic noise. I'm not impressed with this hotel
