Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I was skeptical when I arrived as it was very quiet and seems like there is no one. However the check in process was a breeze and the room is spacious and clean. The bed is a higher bed and clean. The onsen is also quite straight forward and the staff are very friendly and helpful! What I love about this place is that it is away from the hustle and bustle of Genting City. You get to enjoy the cold breeze at the garden and peace and quiet of nature. The only temporary drawback is the construction that was going on. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

It's newer than Ion Delemen. The entire place is so complicated, spanning multiple blocks. Confusing directions. Parking is located at 1 building only. Lifts are slow causing traffic. Had to resort to using the stairway. The lobby of the hotel is at another building. Then you need to go to another lobby to validate your parking fees. Construction still ongoing everywhere. Tour busses spewing exhaust fumes right into the lobby. But room quality is OK since it's new.

We went just for the onsen and it was a very enjoyable 1 hour having the whole place to ourselves. You have to wear swim suits unlike onsens in Japan, but that means you don't have to enter pools separated by gender and the whole family and stick together. It feels like we are in Japan and love the decorations around the pools. The snacks and tea are also very tasty and enjoyable. We stayed at Sky Avenue Hotel and we took Grab services between them, which took about 15mins one way. Highly recommended for those who want to experience Japanese onsen, this is as close as you can get outside of Japan.

This hotel is located beside Grand Ion Elemen Hotel. The onsen is a must. Book it together with the room and you get 1 hour private session. Comes with a tea set afterwards which i thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast is excluded but there is convenient store about 5 mins walk away and there are also restaurants inside GIOH. You can also do walk in to their breakfast buffet for rm60/pax. They provide very thorough instructions. Comm is through WhatsApp. The hotel's own gym n kids club are not ready but residents can utilise GIOH's. Tracy is very hospitable and helpful in assisting me with my questions. Even went out of the way to get a taxi contact in case i needed one. Room is clean. Drainage, hot water and ac function well. Location is quite deep up. You have to drive about 30mins on a separate winding road to reach both Yanne n GIOH. But there's is hourly shuttle from GIOH to Sky Avenue that costs rm6/pax/way. Snacks in the room are complimentary which was great. Things to improve: 1. Cutleries: the room comes with a kitchenette but there are no pots, pans or cutleries and dinnerware. Only the usual teaspoons for drinking mugs. 2. As much as i appreciate the free snacks, would be better to provide plain coffee and tea. 3. Signages: since sharing space n facilities with GIOH, there are no signage on the directions to or from Yanné. We had to keep asking ppl how to head back to Yanné via GIOH as we parked our car in GIOH carpark.

Room quality was good. Enjoyed the onsen and tea sets. Appreciated the service provided by Gary, rrl friendly and patient. The location of the hotel was confusing though since we have to go through multiple lobby, ups and downs everywhere but quite understandable since it's joined with the other hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
