Had buffet dinner there with a couple of my close friends. It was my first time visiting this establishment. The food was very appealing and flavourful. Enjoyed every bit of everything i ate. No complaints. Staff was delightful and friendly Will definitely visit again .

Very near to airport , rooms are large and clean. Hotel ambience is very good. I willbremeber the taste of quality foods in restaurant for a longer time and shall definitely visit again on my next trip to Dhaka.

My layover in Dhaka at Zaveer for the night was filled with a flurry of activities, starting from their airport reception to the hotel shuttle - all quite pleasant. However, upon reaching the hotel, my enthusiasm took a hit. Despite the professional staff, the lobby appeared rather worn-out for a supposed 4-star establishment (though I question the validity of such ratings). Things took a turn for the worse when I entered my room - it bore no resemblance to the enticing images on their website and was infested with mosquitoes, yes, you read that correctly, mosquitoes! Considering the amount I paid, I could have easily booked a stay at a 5-star hotel in Dhaka. It was a grave misjudgment on my part and a swindle on theirs. Overall, my experience warrants a generous 2 out of 5 rating, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Its My First Time Over Here, Came With My Wife & Close Friends, We Had Dinner, The Food Was Delicious, Service, Atmosphere Was Excellent & Employees Were Very Kind & Humble. AND Last But Not Least, The Rooftop Restaurant Was Excellent & The View Was Amazing. I Will Totally Recommend This Restaurant, Its A Must Try.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
