Location was great, but can't rate the rest as we never received check-in information to get into the building (booked via Hopper). Arrived at 2AM after getting through customs to find a locked door with the check-in tablet on the other side. Kids loved being forced to head down the road and check into another hotel since we'd been travelling for 12 hours and really CBF dealing with this one. I'd avoid if you're arriving at odd hours.

I booked this hotel for our last day in Japan and honestly for a 10 day trip it was the least favorited by any of the people in my group. The room was okay but the carpet was dirty with stains and the projector did not work at all. The check in process is confusing, also good to note that there are two theatel hanedas in the area so make sure your going to the right one. There are no humans at the checking area just a tablet for you to check in and then you have to FaceTime someone in another country im assuming that it’s you and confirm your reservation. My main gripe is the check in since we didn’t know there were two different locations and the cleanliness of the room also the projector not working as well. I would honestly recommend spending the extra and getting a real hotel.

Horrible experience. This hotel is not English friendly at all. At least have a human at the reception. But nah, instead, guests have to video call with an employee using the tablet they leave in the lobby. I could use google translate, but there wasn't even anyone available to assist in the hotel. I got a room to rest for a couple hours due to my long layover. However they didn't accommodate me and even refuse to refund me. DON'T GO HERE.
