This hostel is a great novelty stay. However, there were a few concerns upon arrival. It is important to note that if you have larger luggage, there is no appropriate place to store it. Moreover, when we asked the staff where it would be best to store the luggage, they could not help us. There was also no locking mechanism in the entire building. Neither the outside door nor the door to the bedroom require keys OR a swipe card, and the tents do not securely fasten from the inside. When I asked the staff about keys to the building, they said they “watch the cameras” 24/7 to ensure only guests come into the hostel - however this did not leave me feeling confident about my safety. Moreover, the heating/cooling unit in the lobby area seems to have developed substantial black mould on the opposing beam. After seeing this I was quite upset at the lack of hygiene practices. After spending weeks travelling across Japan, I have experienced a range of bedding, raised beds and futons. Even though I was to expect this hostel to have camping gear, the bedding was a very thin camping mattress which I found to be very uncomfortable. I understand that this was a budget hostel, but the above complaints I feel are important items to improve on in the future for a more comfortable stay.

We all over loved our stay there, watching movies, have some space and cozy room. The shower and toilet were very clean all the time. Just the sleep was really really bad. The room was a bit too cold and the mattress itself was so hard. Ei the sleep was a horror. But still we loved our stay

Easy to access (8 minutes from nearest subway station, 1 hour from Haneda Airport). Clean sleeping area. Spacious tent. Thin sleeping mattress. But the lobby and area near the toilet was messy and unpleasant

I was a solo traveler, and the tent was spacious and comfortable for me. Very close to the stadium for the sumo tournament just about a 10 min walk away. The environment and camping feel are really cozy and almost nostalgic 😌 (10/10 experience).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
