The hotel offers a fairly average experience overall. The rooms were clean, and the service staff was commendable. However, my stay began with a significant inconvenience, as I had to wait about two hours to get my room despite arriving at the scheduled check-in time, due to a booking error on their part. The room I originally booked was unavailable. One of the hotel’s main advantages is its central location in the city, making it convenient for guests to explore major streets and local attractions on foot. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, but I opted to dine out for other meals, taking advantage of the numerous nearby restaurant options.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The location is perfect in Nizami street, just a 15-minute walk from all the major tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby stores, shopping, and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience!

One of the best hotel in Baku . Neart to Nizami St. and restaurants . Give yourself a treat by staying here and enjoy wonderful views of Baku , warm rooms and great service from the staff specially Mr. Isgender he was very helpful and gentle. Even Mr. Behroz and Mr. Alchin and the bill boy Mr. Nihad They was very helpful When the staff knows that we have a flight early morning they prepared the breakfast for us . Highly recommended.

Bad bad bad experience, worse hotel ever seeennnn,, overpriced for the service and place, it is like half star not even one star,, rooms are very small, blank wall, noooot clean not hygiene! We asked for extra blanket, they send the cover and duvet separately, so we put them together!! We asked for iron ,, it burned my clothes and ruined them!! The one and only good thing,, the location..

The location is amazing, right in Nizami street. We can walk around and explore the Nizami street as well walk to corniche. The reception and entrance is beautiful. Staff are good and English speaking. The rooms are small size wise and have no balcony. Only one room in the whole hotel seemed to have a balcony. We had two rooms, one room came with nizami street view and the other there was no view at all, just blank wall. The interior is clean and beautiful. Room service is not very great. Breakfast was at the restaurant in the ground floor. Beautiful setting and good breakfast. Delicious and clean. Would love to come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
