The staff inside the hotel was great. The view and the room was great. However, after getting our car back from Valet we realized they went through our vehicle and stole from us. This didn't amount to much more than $5 but it is the principle of the thing. We entrusted them with our vehicle and that trust was violated when they not only took loose change that was visible but went through compartments and took the cash I kept in my car for small emergencies. They even took the spark plug gap tool (looked like a coin). At $79 a night you would think you wouldn't have to be worried about theft from your vehicle, especially by staff. Very disappointed and do not recommend the valet service at all.

One of my favorite places to stay! Must check out the rooftop if you stay there! Employees are very polite and friendly. I have stayed here multiple times and NEVER had any issues with anything. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable.

Overall good experience at theWit, room was clean and had no issues. This hotel was marketed as a "recommended " hotel for the convention that I was attending, truth be told its nowhere near the convention center. Parking is also an issue as I prefer not to valet, garages in the city are not as close to the hotel as expected and to be honest it sucks to walk there when it's 20 degrees outside and the sidewalks are covered in ice. I would stay elsewhere for a convention, this would be a fine place to stay if attending one of the theaters close by.

What an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms had awesome views of the city. The bathroom had a large window, nice sink and counter with a great shower. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very spacious. The front desk was friendly and professional; and quick. They also recognize the people who are staying there which is impressive. The location was perfect with endless food, beverage and shopping nearby. This hotel is definitely recommended.

Didn’t stay here but visited the bar/ lounge restaurant. Short, tired menu of food and drinks. Odd choices that were hardly well prepared. Seemed to be a carry over from the fall menu in the middle of December. (pumpkin bruschetta, pumpkin beer). Octopus plate was “weird” with a salad scattered about it. Drink menu had zero martinis. It’s a mixed mess, and void of redeeming atmosphere. Perhaps they are in between chefs.
