I love this place. The room was huge by London standards. Everything was clean. We went in winter, so it was very cold, but our room was nice and warm. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice plus. I appreciate the free mini bar. I didn't have to constantly worry about going out to buy bottles of water. It is located right next to a Costa Coffee and in the middle of tons of shops, restaurants and fast food places. Everyday, before we would head up to the room to end our day, we would check out a few of the shops nearby. It was also super easy to get to the tube or busses as there are stops in Piccadilly and at the square. Thank you for a great vacation!

This is a mixed review. The location is wonderful and the sleeping area great but it rapidly goes downhill from there. Arrived on Saturday and early evening just wanted some light room service. Phone in room didn’t work. Went to front desk and reported it. Said it would get fixed. I asked about room service: “we don’t do that on weekend”. Would have been nice to know. They provide shower gel but no wash clothes. Again went to front desk because of phone to request some. Three days later still no wash clothes. The bathroom has mold along ceiling and floor. I’m not sure if front desk doesn’t understand requests or just doesn’t care. Like I said great location but …

Thistle Hotel is great location to stay close to Lego Store and M&M world. breakfast room is small in size compared to other hotels so make sure you go there early in the morning before it’s too busy. The breakfast is a delightful start to the day. A sumptuous spread of fresh fruits, artisanal pastries, and savory options cater to diverse tastes. Impeccable service and a cozy ambiance enhance the morning dining experience."

We have stayed in this hotel many times - in different rooms. This time we even got our favorite room. Location is perfect! We love the AC - we can get it cold in the night. Best AC we have ever had. We have never experienced it not working. Also love the TV 40 Inch samsung smart tv, easy to connect HDMI from own device. and there is a mini fridge to store - our food and drinks. the bed is comfy and firm, as we like it. We have stayed at many hotels in London, this is the best! and if we cant afford this hotel, we will rather not visit London. Before Covid, we could often get the rooms for around 160 GBP a night. after covid, prices seems higher, so we are not able to visit as often! But we just stayed there for a price of 172 GB average for 5 nights, and was happy wiith that...We dont do breakfast, but we have tried it, and it is good. Good bed, Good tv, Good fridge! and Perfect AC!! we need it cold at night. Please keep the AC as it is, dont control it from reception, as many hotels do. Best Regards Bodil & Terje

Bad service. Avoid this hotel. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel however I would never recommend it. In general the personnel has terrible attitude. When we checked in, we got a room (209) that had gum stuck in the carpet, broken drawers, the toilet did not flush correctly plus the seat was lose plus the worst thing is that the water was not hot, just slightly warm. We requested the change of room, however the situation in the new room (702) had the same issues and the personnel did not took good the change request. I reported the issues several times, mostly the la k of hot water however it was never corrected. Finally it has misleading information. We needed to stay longer and take advantage of the supposedly offering of late checkout; Wehrmacht solicited, Sunday November 12th at 9:30 am, as stated in the offering, the personnel (named: Prince Jaisawal - Cluster Reception Manager) responded mockingly that the promotion did not existed, then when showed the photo attached, they mentioned that the cost is 35 £ per hour and that I did not understood correctly. The location is great, there are several hotels in the area, avoid this one.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
