Excellent location, excellent personnel. The rooms are like small huts with basic equipment. The bed was good an ideal for my damaged back... A small refrigerator, a middle aged a/c and an old TV. The TV had only local channels. An smart TV is a necessary addition. It's located very close to everything and on the beach. The swimming pool is great. It has great view to the sea and it was super relaxing. Of course a repair to some broken tiles would be extremely appreciated... We had dinner just once to the restaurant and unfortunately we was not impressed. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special but ok. It was an overall good experience and if we ever come back to Koh Yao Yai , it will be in our checklist.

Incredible experience for the prices. We paid 1050 baht for standard room with AC and breakfast included (which was great). Nice hotel staff and a lovely infinity pool with seaview. I recommend you rent motorcycles there and cruise the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at Thiwson. This was our second visit, and this time we had a cabin right on the beach - with a jacuzzi on the front porch. In the bathroom, the shower is roofless, so you can shower under the blue sky, in the starlight, or during a spell of rain. Nice view of the ocean and islands in the horizon. Very friendly and helpful staff, and great food in the restaurant too. Also, it’s very peaceful there. You won’t hear road or boat traffic. We want to come back. Sooner rather than later.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
