One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful environment, very comfortable, absolutely fresh renovation, luxurious rooms, spacious and with air conditioning, coffee machine, kettle, iron, hair dryer and other pleasant little things. Very comfortable bed, mattress and pillows. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant. I especially want to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and willingness to help, organization of transfers and responsiveness, they did everything with a smile and love for their work.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Came at 11 p.m. by car there. Check-in was fast. Was advised to park my car at their parking, but refused and parked it on a neighboring street 20 meters away from the hotel. Rooms are nice, well maintained, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good enough. They have scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms, selection of cereals and gluten free items, juices, yougurts, dry salami an prosciutto, selection of cheeses, salmon, tomatoes and some other stuff. They also brought me a nice cup of cappuccino. I travel a lot and can tell you that the service they provide you hardly find in Eastern Europe. They really care about your comfort.

Excellent service! Friendly staff. Super comfortable rooms with wireless chargers and google Assistant. Had doubts about breakfast when I was booking the hotel, as the reviews about the breakfast were not so nice. As to me, the breakfast was good enough. They even offer gluten free items! I think this is the only hotel in chisinau that really cares. Fresh bread, eggs, salmon, prosciutto... I can not complain at all. I came 7.30 a.m. and took pictures of the breakfast, so everyone can see that there are plenty of choices.

Great value rooms! The hotel is clean and the rooms are well equipped. The location is perfect, as it’s in the center of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
