I didn’t stay at the Thompson hotel as a guest, but my company had a meeting there and the accommodations were great. Specifically one of the guest attendants at the front counter named Zach. He overheard me asking about the soap in the bathroom and how much I loved the smell. When I left for the day, he met me at the door and had a nice gift bag with the soap in it. It genuinely made my day and was a great implication of how the service would be if I was an overnight guest. I look forward to needing a hotel stay in Buckhead just so I can reserve at the Thompson and hopefully get to thank Zach for the amazing experience he gave me.

If you are looking for a luxurious, chill vibe. This is the place to go to eat to drink. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. It’s worth every penny. The customer service is beyond compare. this location is great for any event. if you want to take someone on a date, Or Just celebrate any occasion with a partner, this is perfect!

We stayed twice. Our first stay was really good, we did not have a single complaint. For our second stay, we booked a suite, which fits better our needs. It was awful. Suites are obviously designed to give upgrades to single travelers, not to be used as a suite. Furthermore we had to deal with a lot of mechanical noise and vibrations in the bedroom (a huge fan is right outside of the bedroom window). We sleep with earbuds and despite it, we had very little sleep. And to top it off, management does not care, service is slow (1+ hour to get something we were told we would get right away), elevators not working, no sign to guide us, and got locked in the stairway since we were not supposed to use stairs even if only the service elevator was working (and again no sign). Total disaster. The only Hyatt employee who cared was a Hyatt representative when I submitted a review about my stay after getting an email. The hotel manager was supposed to call me prior to that email but it never happens. When I complained at the front desk, the person just stayed there completely quiet. They just do not care. So if you want a suite and make sure you have a good time, just go somewhere else, this hotel is not the only option. We will never go back for sure. And again, do not bother with their customer service, very few people actually care.

Writing this as we are leaving at 1:00am. The hotel itself looks very nice and clean. We were greeted nicely upon arrival. Dirty Rascal was good… however, none of that matters if you can’t even sleep at the hotel you are staying at. We had neighbors running and screaming through the halls until past midnight. Our next door neighbors were blasting music and smoking weed. We have a two year old daughter who stayed with us and this is absolutely unacceptable. Upon reading other reviews, I don’t think we are an isolated experience. We will not be returning.

Food fish options are awesome. My wife took me out for my birthday. This place never disappoints. Great atmosphere. Make a reservation because they get swamped pretty fast, even at the bar.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
