I've had the best service from my boys Terrance and Joshua. They are so friendly and super attentive. I love that they carrying on a conversation. Both men seem to really enjoy their job. Food is phenomenal and their heated pool and outdoor bar is very relaxing!

Like many people said, this is a night club first and second a hotel, the vibrations and sound is definitely something. I asked for upgrade room, not a word. For 3 times I requested extra towels from the front desk and nothing, I personally ask for bucket of ice and never showed up, but I moved a bottle of Evian water and I got a charge in my invoice. The restaurant staff at morning was great, very nice attitude and of course the rooftop view is unique.

If you are traveling for business and are hoping to catch some sleep, I would not recommend Thompson Hollywood. As illustrated in the video, music from the rooftop is so loud that sleeping is impossible before 2AM (my room was located on the third floor). Other than that the rooms are spacious and clean, good party hotel but not recommended for business travel.

It is very convenient for the Hollywood bowl and other Hollywood attractions. The bar and lobby are nice and the rooms were nice with all the amenities. We were there on a Sat night and the attached club was going off. If you're into that it's great, but we could hear it going off in our room a bit. Not really loud, but you could feel/hear the beat. Valet was $60

Like a previous reviewer wrote, I really wanted to like this hotel. We were originally supposed to stay 4 nights but checked out after 1 night. The two biggest cons are: 1) Location / safety The hotel is new, hip and design-forward but it feels like it was randomly plopped down in a sketchy area of Hollywood. It doesn’t feel safe to walk around at night because there are a lot of homeless people. We felt stressed walking a block and a half away. Would not recommend staying here if you’re a young female or traveling with kids. 2) NOISE. Party music from the rooftop starts blasting around 10.30pm (music gets turned up around 11.30pm and goes on till 1.30-2am ish). We stayed on a weeknight (Thursday) and were on the 7/F (room 706). We could hear and feel the thumping beats. It was impossible to sleep through it. I tried using earplugs, then switched to AirPods with transparency mode on (the latter helped a little but I could not sleep till the music stopped around 2am). I don’t know how anyone who wants to sleep at a reasonable hour can stay at this hotel. Pro: Our room was very spacious and clean. Other things to note: - If you plan on driving and parking at the hotel, know that valet is $55/night. - When we stopped our rental in front of the hotel and started unloading our luggage onto the sidewalk, no one came to help us. I had to go to the men standing at the front of the hotel to ask if someone could help us.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
