Beautiful hotel right on the river! A little far from central Savannah, but if you enjoy walking, it's a 10 minute hike to River Street's offerings. No biggie there. Friendly staff, great Bar Julian on the roof; cute bakery and restaurant on site. The doormen were great. Would definitely stay again. The only minuses : my bathroom shower rug was frayed and tattered - needs replaced! Room was a little dusty - needs frequent attention to dusting and polishing after each guest. Showerhead was slightly off-center, and no-place in the shower stall to hang a washcloth.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms are so modern and the river view is amazing. So fun to watch the big ships come in. We were able to walk into town in Savannah during the day from the hotel - it's a little bit of a walk but still doable especially on a nice day! The food at the bakery was great for breakfast. This hotel has a great atmosphere and is perfect for a weekend getaway or more!

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and amenities. The spacious rooms have been designed in a way that feels cozy yet sophisticated. Huge windows overlooked the river, a beautiful view. Bathroom is gorgeous, love the robe! Bar staff is helpful, happy hour is a nice touch. Food at the restaurant on the main level was very good and our waitress was fantastic. The starters were the highlight for sure. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Helpful, kind and delightful to talk with.

From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The staff were always helpful and courteous. The in house restaurants are great and easily accessible. However, keep in mind that the bakery can only be accessed from outside of the hotel but is physically attached to the same building. On site parking is available for a fee. Bicycles are available at a first come first serve basis. They also offer transport via their Tesla driven locally my their staff, again, on a first come first serve basis. The rooms are clean and stunning. The water front views in the morning are the perfect way to wake up to in the morning. There is also a green space located right out front to hang out, eat or drink and enjoy the area. Highly recommend trying this location.

Great experience! First note was on the staff. They were extremely helpful and welcoming when we arrived. The doorman was kind enough to explain the parking situation (valet is not required but it is a nice amenity), and the evening desk manager showed me around and told me about all of the restaurants and rooftop bar. The room was incredibly well appointed. My wife was blown away by all of the thoughtful features like the lights that cut on automatically when you walk past them or open a door. It was a major added bonus that the shower had great water pressure. The location is exactly what we wanted: central to River Street but far enough away from the fray that it was quiet. You can hop on the riverwalk right outside the hotel and walk all the way to the end of River Street if you'd like. The hotel is in the middle of a brand new waterfront residential area, so there currently is construction, but we were never disturbed by noise.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
