        It’s very rare that I’d three-star a Marriott property, and for the simple fact that most of the time they’re usually great — for the most part. This hotel though has a couple great things I look for in a hotel, it lacked in more. The overall service was pretty weak, though the staff polite. At check-in I requested a noon check in and arrived at 3:00 p.m. I was told the room wouldn’t be ready for another two hours as they were fully booked. After having words, they managed to magically ‘find’ a room right then. The room was a standard Marriott room, though the bathroom and bedding certainly stood out which is why this rating isn’t a two. Overall the hotel had a pretty depressing, gloomy, and dark vibe, with all areas being dark, poorly lit, and dark halls which lights turned on after you’d walked through them. The thing that stands out the most is certainly their breakfast. I ordered their full English, and not only was it pretty weak, it was absolutely served stone cold — there was only five people in the restaurant at the time which I now see as a dead giveaway. The breakfast was 33 quid for the full English, but was just tasteless, bland, and frankly, Marriott should be embarrassed to call it what it is. Overall, I certainly wouldn’t stay at this property again or recommend it.

        We had an outstanding experience during our stay at Threadneedles! The staff exceeded our expectations with their friendliness, attentiveness, and accommodating demeanor. They prioritized our satisfaction and even offered suggestions that I didn’t even think of that enhanced my overall experience. I often travel with my son around the world, I was pleasantly surprised by how warmly and courteously everyone treated him, despite him being one of the few children staying there at the time. They went out of their way to make him feel special. The room was spacious room, the biscuits delicious, the shower was always hot, and the bed was so comfortable that I felt restored after long a day traveling through London. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance that is nestled in such a busy part of London. Its convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city and dine at excellent restaurants. We had easy access to the tube stations (Bank, Liverpool, and Monument) and the close bus stops gave us other options for exploration. Threadneedles truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and made our stay in London memorable and enjoyable. I would like to thank the housekeeping staff as well. They were always pleasant and did a great job. Thanks for the thoughtful ans excellent service! I only have good things to say about our long stay at your hotel.

        This is absolutely not a 5-star property experience. Upon arrival, there were 3 people at the front desk - a super stressed out looking manager and 2 trainees. We were checked in by the 2 trainees who clearly had no idea what they were doing - they almost charged us for the room again even though it was already pre-paid. While the two trainees were struggling, the manager was just standing there and did not intervene even as we were getting visibly frustrated having arrived after an 11-hr flight. The rooms are spacious, but bathrooms are gross - both the sink and the shower did not drain properly. Lastly, there is no energy or vibe to this hotel - the lobby, the (empty) bar and restaurant all felt totally dead. We will not be staying here again and I would not recommend this property for those looking for a comfortable experience, especially for the price.

        Such a nice hotel with a boutique vibe, with super friendly service. Beautiful lobby and good (although a little limited in terms of options) breakfast. Upgraded to a suite which was nice, room came with nice Elemis amenities.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
