Wouldn’t Recommend it At All. My first impression of this place was awful, the moment you enter the room you can see how dirty they are. There were ants on the counter and the floor. the sheets and pillows had obviously not been washed since the last residence. But when I asked them they brought me a new one. If you are someone who cares about clean rooms you can't enjoy this place just the way I didn't, they didn't send any room service and I was there for 2 days. The employees were not polite or helpful. The breakfast could be better. The only perk of the room was being close to Taksim Square. And in the end, I didn't enjoy this hotel.

The room was really dirty and damaged: the electricity was not sticking to thé wall, thé fridge was broken, thé handles were falling off, thé matras was very hard and the bed creaked A LOT, thé curtains didn't make the room very dark. There were not many People who spoke English and thé place was a little scetchy. However, thé location was very good, and thé only English speaking man booked our taxi.

Do not book a room here. We were supposed to stay at the three apples on the 12-19 through Airbnb. The rooms look nothing close to advertised and were unfit to accommodate myself, my wife as well as her brother and parents. After they showed us a “garden suite” two stair floors below ground in the second basement we asked for a refund. The host Azad was difficult to deal with from the very beginning, calling us liars even though the timestamps on our photo evidence proves he is in the wrong. so I am not surprised that to this point we have still been unable to resolve the dispute.

Staff went over and above to help us. Helped us to carry our luggage and find a cab which can be quite difficult in istanbul. The room was spacious and clean. Many thanks to everyone who assisted us during our stay

The hotel is good if you are on budget near taksim . Rooms are ok and staff is cooperative. Esp the guy tahneer who is manager and make good breakfast. Which is basic olives, cheese egg, bread, jams cake, juice and sausage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
