We loved everything at this hotel! It was really nice, well decorated and clean. The room was big and clean. Stuff was so nice and welcoming, and they were there to help with everything. Breakfast was amazing with so many different options for everyone. Great coffee, juices, and sweets for breakfast. We love the idea of self check in and opening door with our phones (it was not working on my phone but I am sure it will be much better in future). Location is perfect, few minutes from Basilica and center. The little minus is that we didn't have parking in the hotel because it was already fully booked, so we had to park at the public garage nearby and had to carry our luggage from there (25e per night).

The location is great, in a relatively quiet part of town but still walking distance to most attractions. The front office staff couldn’t be more helpful. They were very attentive and always welcoming. The room seemed a bit small but very nicely decorated and cosy. The ceiling design is unique and the bathroom is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is a good choice if you don’t want to get up and look for somewhere different every day. The selection of food and drinks is quite extensive. Something for everyone and always well stocked. My wife and I will come back to Budapest in the future and will definitely stay here again.

Localization: 10/10 Breakfast: 5/10 Rooms 7/10 Probably during my stay, the air conditioner didn't work properly, so, therefore, the temperature inside the room was extremely high and it was airless. Anyway, I booked a room with one large bed and I received two single beds but this was a very little problem.

Everything at this hotel was perfect, the location is very good, near the main attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was big, clean, modern and pleasant. The room was quiet even though we had the view towards the street. The breakfast was very diverse and everything was tasty. The hotel has 10 parking spaces. I will definitely book this hotel every time I'll go back to Budapest.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
