It was amazing experience. The restaurant, the room service and the reception everything was exceptionally good than we expected. Everyone who works there are very polite, supportive and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious. I can't describe with words the excellence of this hotel. May Allah give bless everyone who works there. And many thanks to the owner of this hotel

Took a chance but we were fully satisfied at the level of service, quality of rooms and facilities including free Mediterranean/continental breakfast. Great friendly staff who speak english and various other languages. Daily room cleaning services All toiletries and towels provided as well as complimentary fast free wifi and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I would definitely come back here

I was there in December from Thursday till Saturday (3 days). The Hotel is great. All Personal are kind and well mannered. The whole Hotel was clean. There are 4 elevators which is a nice Bonus. The Coffee which can be ordered at the Hotel Cafe is very tasty and nice prepared. Especially i want to mention one Employee called Gral who was very kind and well mannered all the time and prepared the coffee in a nice manner with a painting on top of the cofee which was made of milk. I have never seen a coffee prepared in that nice manner. If i where the Hotel owner I would give him a raise for his high engagement , good service and skills. Good hotel to stay in. If you're from UK it doesn't have your traditional continental breakfast. There was no decaffeinated coffee and the breakfast tea was strong! There was no toaster either. It was a little cramped as it just held over 100 people.

"The hotel offers a fantastic experience with excellent amenities and service. However, the only setback was the slow Wi-Fi, which could be improved for a more seamless stay. Overall, a great choice for those not heavily reliant on high-speed internet." Taxis mostly available outside hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
