I have stayed here 3 times since 2018. It's a pretty new hotel. New paint, new furniture. This hotel is located in center of the city, so its convenient for moving between attractions. And price is acceptable. From 400k vnd. Pics below were taken when these guests ( northern Vietnamese ) are celebrating on Vietnam football team scored.

You have to keep on calling reception to switch on the AC otherwise they keep switching it off. There is nobody to carry your luggage. Also, for a hotel with such lax standards in quality, they put a very high surcharge for 1hr delay in check out

One particular staff was very helpful and kind. He helped us with the cabs and luggages. Rooms are not spacious but not tight. The shower was nice and the location is perfect.

Location is very good, it is located at the Da Nang city center with a shopping mall within walking distance. It is near to the famous Han Market too. There are many restaurants and massage parlors around this hotel. Price is affordable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
