Rooms are dimly lit, bathroom knobs needs to be replaced, bathroom door doesn't lock. We saw a rat and cockroach along the hallway. Rooms also smelled cigarette smoke. Dusty rooms. Wifi usage has a charge. No hot water for bathrooms, just warm water. Service and people is good. The staff is accommodating. Rooms with bathtub. Food is given in large amounts. Over all, with great potential for improvement, facility wise.

Stayed here while participating in a training course. The location is excellent within walking distance of Ayala shopping center. The property is located beside assembly grounds where a good selection of restaurants and coffee shops are available, there's even a small supermarket next door. Outdoor parking available which unfortunately is affected by minor construction activities done on the property beside it.

Cockroach infested room, not sure if I was the chemicals or the cockroaches. Given an upgrade, but it had cockroaches also, dirty plates and rubbish left in hallway for 6 hour that we knew of. We cancelled our stay, lost our money and left . I strongly recommend you find somewhere else. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere, I'd say the room had recently been sprayed, as a PMT, infestations like this are treated where pests are harboured, not out in the open. There were cockroaches disturbed and dying everywhere. My lips and tongue were swelling up, I usually get this reaction when exposed to filth, like a room that's never cleaned and full of dust mites or chemical exposure. The room appeared clean. Food was good in the restaurant.

I was quarantine there for 7 days before my flight from July 04-July 10, 2023 and my room was 409. The shower needs urgent maintenance. And please if that room is vacant you can use insecticide spray for killing crawling insects specially in the toilet and coffee area. Please take positive actions and be concerned to our Global Maritime Professionals.

The security personnel and the reception were friendly and helpful, foods were served on time and it was really good. The air conditioning was perfect. It is really close to our office and some areas in Makati. Easy to navigate as well if you're booking for grab.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
