I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tbilisi!! The rooms were clean with a great view! very comfortable, the staff was amazing! every staff member I encountered, were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Our stay at Tiflis palace hotel was perfect. The staff was gracious and welcoming. Special thanks to Roza at reception. Our room , Superior King was spacious and well lit, with the prettiest balconies overlooking the river. The room was impeccably clean. The breakfast spread was delicious. The location of the hotel is the best. Next to all the tourist attractions and the sulphur baths as well as the best restaurants. Will highly recommend this place. Would love to be back someday.

Good rooms and service of the hotel. It is located between the Sulfur bath houses so you do get constant smell of rotten eggs. The rooftop restaurant is in a nice location but the staff of the restaurant is rude and unprofessional. We stayed on 4th floor and were kept awake by the noise of the rooftop restaurant occasionally.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
