        This is the worst imaginable place to stay. We were traveling with a child and had to leave midway because of horrible cleaning, staff attitude and overall state of the so called hotel. Towels, bedding, sofas, kitchen, bathroom - EVERYTHING is dirty, stinks and no wonder attracts not only cockroaches but even a lizard. We have discussed the issues dozens of times, the promises were given and that's all, nothing was ever fixed. Even though none of the problems were solved we also couldn't get a refund. We filed a complain to the Ministry of Tourism who promised to sort this all out (we were told that the hotel had many complaints during Covid), and 3 months later nothing happened. Horrible place!

        ❌❌❌ ❌ ALERT !!! ❌❌❌❌ This place is NOT fit to accept guests. We booked a 1 BHK through eMushrif for institutional quarantine as a family with 2 kids We arrived to find the place very dirty and in the worst hygienic situation one can image (images speak more) The room service is the worst and the hotel “supervisor” (Mohamed) is so unprofessional and unhelpful The AC was leaking for 5 days with too much water coming out The TV was not working for 4 days The trash we put in the door step stays there for 4/5 days till we force them to take it after so many follow ups We were told there’re 3 different meals option menu plus water when we arrived. But, they kept servicing just 1 option (1/4 chicken with rice) with no water throughout 10 days even though we complained to have it changed but no one listen or acts responsibly We couldn’t cancel because it was through eMushrif booking Our stay was terrible, a nightmare by all measures

        Very bad service. Towels like floor cleaning stuff. Washroom full of insects, beds and pillows are smelly. Lift is very dangerous if you come out alive you will be lucky.
