I had my tour groups checked into the tiger Mountain lodge here. Their stay happened to be their best experience. The hospitality offered, the nature walk, the village walk in which they got a chance to observe the local life very close was Thier highlight. The incredible view of the Mt Annapurna from the terrace, the villas with their orientation and the way it's been maintained and presented was praiseworthy. Tiger mountain lodge is infact a Gem sitted on top of the pristine hill.

Had a wonderful stay at Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge - such a beautiful ridgetop property overlooking the valley. Lots of flowers, birds, butterflies.. Food is incredible, rooms are very cozy & comfortable, and the team is so caring. Can’t wait to come back!

I found your hotel through a YouTube videos and I must say that I’m amazed by the nature and foods, just wondering can you actually ask a farmer to sell you buffalo milk or is it illegal? Since I’m a cheesemonger I’d be very interested in visiting one day to taste it ! Thanks in advance

The price tag is hard to swallow for what you get at tiger mountain lodge but here is the positive. It is a quiet oasis to escape and relax from the noise bustle and exhaustion that comes from travel. Slow down, read a book with a pot of tea, and take in the views of the mountains across the valley. This lodging has the distinction of being a true luxury roughing it vibe. The location is beautiful and tucked away on top of the hill in the woods. Like many locations in Nepal there is little escape from the elements during the winter season. Proven by the lack of true heat in the sleeping cabins (small inefficient space heater and hot water bottles in the bed). The cabins are in not insulated and are simply designed with no frills. Seeing your breath in the morning intensifies the internal debate between staying under warm bed covers and dashing into the cold stone bathroom. The showers are hot but are sadly short so staying warm or getting rid of a chill was a challenge for all of our group. The main lodge is drafty and even the fire place is going the smoke can flood the space making it uncomfortable. The food was good but you have little modification because you chose western(British) or ‘Nepalie’ food. Both options are excellent and they have a well stocked bar with an attentive staff. On nice days having lunch with the vista of Fishtail Peak is priceless.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
