I spent few days in here and it was amazing! The villa was great and comfortable & had a heated pool. The whole resort is a piece of heaven with different gardens, pools and relaxing areas. We enjoyed the spa with a great massage and hammam. We also had a free movies session at the in house theatre. The staff was so welcoming, helpful and nice. They made our stay perfect. And let's not forget about the delicious good! Definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel with great view. The temperature of the pool is warm. The staff are lovely too. The rooms are clean and spacious. The mint tea is spot on. The area is quiet, far from the city but offers free shuttle service. Highly recommended.

5* experience overall. Grab yourself a villa - it’s well worth it. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. Service was impeccable and personal (probably more so than some of the larger chains). The team will do their best to make your experience wonderful. Reasonable transportation and excellent tour guide recommendation. I would say all these outweigh some of the cons - such as location, food and a patchy WiFi. I would say manage your expectation when it comes to food - the pool bar is an exception (food was great). None of these in any case will take a star away. The pool is also warmed.

Great hotel. A little bit further away from old town which means that they have lots of spare for big rooms and multiple pools that get lots of sunlight. The rooms are great and the staff are amazing. They have 3 restaurants. We ate at all 3 and the food was great. They have shuttle buses that go into town and back multiple times a day. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay, away from the hustle and bustle of old town.

Its a 30min drive from the city, which is perfect when you look for a quiet hotel where you can still visit the city. There is a free hotel shuttle 2x per day or you can take a private transfer for 15€ or organize a taxi yourself for about 8€. The hotel itself is perfect (see pictures). Best: heated pool.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
