        I’d give it a negative rating if I could .Room was nice until I spent the night in it. I discovered the microwave filled with old dry food crumbs. And the bedsheets had small hair and debris all over them. I called to ask them to change the sheets at least and they apologized and said housekeeping will be here in the morning. The next morning I go to the front desk and I ask them to please clean the room. After returning to the hotel I opened the microwave and it was still dirty. I went to the bedroom and checked the sheets and they were clean. I moved the comforter around and I saw that it was covered in a sheet. After removing the sheet I find that the comforter is really worn out and has HUGE yellow stains all over it. I call the front desk and the gentlemen tells me but there’s a sheet on it. Terrible customer service. He tells me he can’t change the comforter. I take the comforter downstairs to the lobby to show him that it’s unacceptable. And him telling me “there’s a sheet on it” isn’t acceptable either. It’s disgusting. I go back to pack my room instantly. He came to my room to offer a “new” comforter in a bag. He asks me to inspect it and see that it’s new. The “new” comforter is also stained with yellow spots. It’s a filthy hotel, with filthy customer service. The pack n play that my baby slept in was also disgusting and unfortunately we discovered that after he slept in it. Just as we slept with a urine stained comforter and dirty sheets.

        Ramzi was extremely helpful. He upgraded my room to a much nicer one and advised me on how to get my SIM card for a cheaper price and also for all my inquiries. A very nice and supportive man🙏

        Nice hotel near the city center, clean air conditioned apartments with kitchenette and living area. Some balconies are towards the main street, which is little bit noisy also at night. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, but a fairly narrow range of food. Nice and helpfull staff. (I was there as a part of big group with travel agency and local guide).

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
