It is a 4star hotel but doesnt provide the services the same way. The rooms are very small. The sheets were not clean and wdre stained.The room service didnt clean the bathrooms properly. The basic requirements like tissues, dustbin, iron were not in the room. Even upon asking they said they dont have it. The TV didnt work, the kettle was rusty couldnt use it. The only good thing was the location of the hotel. Metro and tram station are a few steps away and also it is surrounded by many good restaurants. The hotel provides a decent breakfast. The wifi was really good.

i recommend this hotel 10/10 its near many shops and restaurants and near the city centre its very close to the metro and tram station the staff was so welcoming and friendly and the service was amazing the breakfast wasnt the best though there weren't many options but it was tasty But i will say something one of the cups was a little bit dirty in the buffet

This hotel is in a great location. Can walk to all the tourist attraction. Very near the metro and ferry terminal . Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Clean hotel with simple breakfast provided. Its got everything you need for a good night's sleep. I always recommend to stay here if on a budget.

Very bad service and dirty rooms. Out of many hotels I stayed at in this trip to Istanbul, this hotel was my worst experience. The location was the only good thing about it. Please don’t be deceived by the pictures posted online by the hotel. The rooms are so small with old and worn out furniture. I also couldn’t sleep for two nights because of the noise coming out of other rooms; this old building (with the front side being the only part that’s renovated) has very bad sound isolation.

The rooms are very dirty, linen are stained, towels are dirty. The elevators are very very small. Its only good side is the location, near the metro and tram and near good restaurants. never again
