The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I was completely impressed with professionalism and customer service delivered by one of their staff (Edgar). He was extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Hotel price is reasonable as well. I would definitely Repeat the experience once again.

I recently stayed at the Time Grand Plaza Hotel and had a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming specially I have to mention the name Mr Edgar, He was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa, added to the overall comfort. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend the Time Grand Plaza Hotel to fellow travelers.

I booked this hotel via Expedia for 8 nights and I’m glad I did! It’s located close to the airport and there are other restaurants and store opposite and around the vicinity. Checking in and out was a smooth process, the receptionist gave us a room with a balcony which was good. Room had 2 beds and they were quite comfy as were the pillows. Bathroom and shower were also good, daily housekeeping is also included. There is also a basement with parking if you have a car and it’s also included which is great! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
