Good hotel overall for the price. Room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was good too except the hot food was not replenished. Staff were friendly. The main disadvantage is the poor sound insulation of the rooms, you can hear everything happening outside.

I won't suggest this place for family just it suits solo travelers and students. And people allowed to smoke in their rooms. (Cheap place before summer season) You have access to metro 12min And restaurants 1min😅

My dauther (15 years old) was abused by the hotel receptionist. We reported to the police and left the place immediately. Horrible place,dark and dirty rooms,broken showers,sings. Do not go there,waste of money.

Great location. Easy commuting! The staff I encountered were all delightful and eager to help. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, friendly and spoke good English. Really good value for money. Pretty decent hotel for low price and very clean. Breakfast menu was good but you might get tired of same menu everyday, so I guess it needs more variety. And AC needs a checkup as the room would still get hot when the outside temp raises even when it’s on.

Room 103: We were given a tiny room for 5 people, the bathroom shower kept leaking all over the floor, he wallpaper was ripped apart and the walls were thin enough to hear everything happening on both our floor and the reception floor. Breakfast was mediocre and never refilled the tea wasn't changed often and never cleaned. However worst of all especially for families with young children, I am a 15 year old girl writing this the day after my experience, I was left alone in the hotel room by my family as I didn't want to go and instead took a shower. However one of the male receptionist who worked the second shift of the day, and acted very nice and friendly to my family can into my room with the excuse of fixing the curtains which were broken, and ended up touching my without my permission on my hips, lips and face checks telling me im cute and to dance sexy with him. He left and came back brining me tea which I told him I didn't drink, this time I set up my phone camera and got him on video as he started grabbing my hands and "dancing" with me, clearly as an excuse to his other intentions. He soon later left and I close the door traumatised and in tears, later my dad called the police where the man clearly stated that he knew I was 15 and underage and still came into my room where he knew I was alone after seeing the rest of family leave without me. Yesterday and today I have been speaking to the police as well as other people such as lawers and mental health experta who made me feel much safer following the insident, from what ive heard the offender is now waiting from his trial and i wish him the worst of luck. The manager of the hotel tryed giving my dad money to forget the incident but ofcourse the way it left me was much worse than any amount of money he couldve bribed us with. I hope anyome reading will know know not to spend your money at this hotel especially those with younger children who may have not been ble to record or report an incident like how i was able to. If i could give this hotel a 0 star rating, I would.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
