The hotel is not in the best condition and could use a refresh, but the staff does everything to make you feel comfortable. I had the pleasure of training with fitness trainer Omar and I can highly recommend him. Omar is extremely competent and motivating. He has extensive knowledge about fitness and tailors his training to the individual needs of his clients. His training methods are varied and challenging, but always safe and effective. Omar is always friendly and supportive and manages to create a positive and motivating atmosphere. Thanks to his guidance and support, I have achieved my fitness goals and feel stronger and healthier than ever before. If you are looking for a qualified and dedicated fitness trainer, Omar is the best choice.

The hotel staff is incredibly attentive, especially the fitness center. The gym has new equipment and a top trainer. I have been coming to this hotel for many years and I am thrilled that they now have a professional fitness trainer, Omar, in the gym. Omar is an excellent and motivating fitness trainer. He has extensive knowledge and tailors his training to individual needs. His methods are effective and he creates a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend him.

The hotel staff Mahmoud & Tharindu is very friendly & the area is very accessible to almost everything. Taxi is just easy to book or to get around the area. Our room is cleaned & tide up everyday. The staff checked on us always if everything is alright. They made our stay in the hotel very comfortable. Special thanks to Vishnu house keeping supervisor very helpful & good customer service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
