What I can say is that it's decent and affordable. Dont expect too much. If you're looking for a budget hotel, time travellers hotel is the best option. I paid 2,720 for 3 days and 2 nights of stay. The room is spacious. Faucets, Mini fridge, Water heater, television, aircon are all functional. The staff are friendly. The only problem was that they're not very responsive in the agoda app and no mobile number I can contact. I tried to ask twice if they accept card, unfortunately they didnt respond. Luckily, I still have cash and the receptionist allowed me to pay (refundable upon check out) 1,000 pesos for the security deposit at a later time. There's a 7/11 just beside the hotel and there's an atm machine inside. I saw two cockroaches, i did not bother to take a picture. And also I think it's best to include in the agoda app about their policy about the security deposit. It's my first time to check in solo, i didnt know security deposit is a common practice in the hotel.

If you have higher standards, you may want to book a more expensive hotel. However, if you are on a budget or want to save money and want to stay in a convenient location, this hotel is a great option. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in the Standard Room, which we booked through Agoda. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning, water heater, fridge worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. While there's a free WIFI, we ended up using our mobile data instead. The hotel is close to LRT and there's a 711 downstairs which was fantastic. Also of note, the noise from Cowboy Grill can't be heard in our room, as it was located at the far end of the building next to the stairs and elevator. Our only issue was the small roaches in the bathroom but that didn't bother us too much, they were pretty easy to kill. lol Overall, we had a positive experience at this hotel. It is a great option for budget-minded travelers.

We stayed here for a night. They have early check-in compared to other hotels nearby, that is, 1:00 in the afternoon. Their check-out time is noon. They have elevators and stairs. Their elevator can occupy a maximum of four persons. We had a wide and peaceful room. Their aircon, heater, bidet, faucet, windows, curtains, mirrors, sink, shower, lamps, telephone, toilet bowl, and everything are all working and not damaged. For someone who is sensitive to the facial expression and tone of voice of all the staff, I will give them a thumb up. Yeah, no issue, except for the idea that we barely can hear each other because of that glass thing between us on our first meet-up/check-in. It is just us who were exhausted and still adjusting, perhaps. We called them, too, before checking in a few minutes before 1:00, and yes, we were accommodated nicely. Something is wrong with the key card, but they give us the master key whenever we get in. Not a big deal, honestly, because of the immediate action. I just observed one thing, their list seen near our hotel room is not updated, and the front desk said that they are from our province but cannot speak our dialect, plus they cannot mention a town. Maybe I got deaf the last minute of our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
