We went for the tiniest room, it's like living in the Tiffany box. :) Expecting just for crash for 2 nights. The room equip with umbrellas, standard toiletries. Staff was helpful with the return transport. They allow to drop us off at next hotel which is very convenient for us. Luxurious van too. The bike rental was very easy as well. Breakfast was delicious. They are opening another branch close by and I am looking forward to that. Would love to visit Phu Qouc and see the potential of Sunset Town and her surroundings.

The room is small but new and clean Only 500k per night This hotel is located at the corner of the town, the end of the coasted street, very near other cafes and restaurant. U can walk around the town There is a cafe next to this hotel which is same owner, u will have breakfast here. My room has a window of sea view

The place is so clean and the view is very beautiful. I tried also their drinks and it was so delicious. The staff are so accommodating and they're always smiling. I highly recommended. ☺️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
